We’re chuffed to welcome Sophia Dunkley to the Gym+Coffee MLR Ambassador crew. Sophia is an English cricketer who is a right-handed batter and right-arm leg break bowler and plays for the England women's cricket team, Surrey, South East Stars and Southern Brave. Having made her debut for Middlesex in 2012, she went on to make her England debut in 2018 at the Women's World Twenty20 against Bangladesh.

Since then, she has continued to progress and break down barriers at a rapid pace by making her Test debut in 2021, becoming the first black woman to play for England. We’re extremely proud of Sophia’s achievements to date and over the moon to be teaming up with such a talented athlete and down-to-earth human now and into the bright future that lies ahead.
