National Fitness Day Dublin Docklands Event September 26th 2019But it’s not just Dublin that’s got the goods. All across Ireland from Midleton to Letterkenny, schools, sports centres and gyms are getting involved by offering free fitness classes to registrees. It’s this kind of thinking and doing that we love to get behind. Each year we run our own free event programme, the G+C Summer Stretch Series, with the sole purpose of getting people outside, active and gaining a sense of community.
