EUROPEAN (EXCLUDING IRELAND) ONLINE POLICY

Sometimes the items you order aren’t quite the right fit, style or colour for you. It happens. We have an easy system that can be accessed through our return portal: https://returns.gympluscoffee.com/Just enter your order number and email address, select which item you'd like to return and print off the label generated. A list of return hubs will be shown.

  • Refunds for sale items and gift boxes can be made up until 14 days of receiving your order
  • Non sale items can be returned online within 28 days of receiving your order, for a refund only. Alternatively, they can be returned or exchanged at one of our clubhouses
  • Exchanges are not available at this time.
In the case of split payments (such as half gift card, half bank card) the refund will first go to the gift card used and any remaining amount will go to the bank card
  1. Exchanges:

    • Online exchanges are only available in the form of a return and repurchase at the customer's expense.
  2. Condition:

    • Please ensure that the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, with original hangtags attached, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection.
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or in accordance with applicable local laws.
    • All refunds processed online will incur a nominal €3 postage processing fee. However, in-store refunds remain free of charge.
    • Please allow up to 14 days from our warehouses receipt of the returned item(s) for our customer service team to process your refund. This may increase for returns during holiday or peak periods like November.
  4. Clearance Items:

    • Clearance items are subject to a no-refund policy; this does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. Return Abuse Policy:

    • Fair Use: We reserve the right to monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time.
    • Excessive Returns: Customers who exhibit a pattern of returning a significant portion of their purchases may be subject to limitations or refusal at our discretion.

Return Procedure How-To:

Returning your item is easy. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Access the Portal:

    • Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select Items:

    • Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason from the dropdown list.
  4. Print Label:

    • Once confirmed, you’ll receive a returns tracking label with our address that you can print off.
  5. Return Item:

    • Find the nearest drop-off point and return your item.
  6. Keep Receipt:

    • Don’t forget to keep your returns receipt with the tracking number for reference.
  7. Processing Fee:

    • All refunds processed online will incur a nominal €3 postage processing fee. However, in-store refunds remain free of charge.

Order Amendment & Cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address modifications, adding items, or canceling orders. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Additional Information:

  • Incomplete Addresses:

    • Incomplete addresses without correct Eir, Postal, or Zip Codes may result in returns to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued upon receipt.
  • Return Discretion:

    • Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to Gym+Coffee’s discretion.
  • Split Payments:

    • In the case of split payments (such as half gift card, half bank card), the refund will first go to the gift card used, and any remaining amount will go to the bank card.
  • Right to Refuse Service:

    • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe a customer is violating our policies or applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving abuse of our returns policy and terms of service.

ORDER AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you’ve placed your order we’re unable to make any changes including:

  • Delivery or billing address
  • Adding additional items to your order
  • Changes to size or item ordered
  • Once an order is processed we are unable to cancel the order.
  • We are unable to combine orders once they have been made

The item(s) will be shipped out to you and if you’re not happy with them once you’ve received them, you can return using our online portal https://returns.gympluscoffee.com/ or return/exchange in store. 

Incomplete addresses e.g. those without a correct Eir, Postal or Zip Code may be returned to us and you will be refunded once our warehouse receives it. 

 

WAREHOUSE OUTLET POLICY

For purchases made in our warehouse outlet's, all sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights.
