The Lowdown on the G+C area at Wellfest 2018

In less than two weeks, we are back as Official Clothing Partner at Wellfest 2018.

After attending last year’s event we cannot wait for what’s to come. (In fact, here are seven reasons why we are excited.) We have a lot more planned this time around. So, we wanted to give you a quick breakdown of what’s in store.

Last year, the opportunity to be the Official Clothing Partner of Wellfest 2017 came very much at the last minute. We grabbed it with both hands but, to some extent, we went into the weekend not knowing what to expect.

This year there will be a bit more method to our madness. We will have a few games to play, there will be challenges to undertake and a some prizes to be won. Our entire range will be on display and you are more than welcome to try them on. We are excited to have our own physical store, even if only for the weekend.

We also have two classes each day. On Saturday, we have Julie Burke leading a yoga class from 11am. At 3pm, there will be an 80s HIIT session with Paul Sharry. Both trainers will be back on Sunday. Again, @JulieBYoga will be taking us all through our poses at 11am and @psharry1 will have a 90s Core Classic at 3pm. On the Sunday, both sessions will be followed by coffee from @Upside_Coffee.

If you are attending Wellfest, we would love for you to join us in working up a sweat. Both Paul and Julie are incredible trainers and their sessions won’t disappoint. Julie B is the founder of Hotpod Yoga Dublin, an immensely popular studio in Dublin. The ethos of Hotpod Yoga is all about ‘working the body and calming the mind’. Although not in the pod, Julie’s session is sure to be a well balanced workout that will have you invigorated in more ways than one.

Paul Sharry runs his own gym in Mullingar. He also helps to lead dozens through life-changing transformations on his online coaching platform - ShapeUpWithSharry.com. His 80s and 90s inspired sessions will be something a bit different and sure to be a lot of fun.

As we mentioned, there will also be amazing coffee with Jamie from Upside Coffee. But don’t just take our word for it, drop over to our tent on Sunday and taste it for yourself.

If you are planning to go to this year’s event, be sure to drop by and say hello. It always means so much to chat with members of our community in the flesh. You can register on for any of the classes on the events page on our site here.

Wellfest 2018 is shaping up to be one of the events of the year. It all takes place on the 12th and 13th of May at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. We are counting down the hours and cannot wait to see you all there.
